The name "La' Di Modot" is the ancient Friulian nickname given to the Danelutto family, whose descendants still reside in the farmhouse. The rural house, dating back to the early 1800s, has been modified and expanded over the years in different phases and includes various buildings, with annexes, along Bariglaria Street.
The agritourism accommodation is located in a building adjacent to the main farmhouse, recently renovated, and is situated in the center of the village of Beivars in the municipality of Udine.
The accommodation is spread over 3 floors. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, with a living area and a bathroom with laundry facilities. Wooden stairs lead to the 2 upper floors where the double bedrooms are located, both with private bathrooms. Additional beds allow for a maximum of 7 people.

On the ground floor, there is also a closed and covered area used as a storage space for bicycles or motorcycles, with direct access from the street and connected to the accommodation. In front of the accommodation, there is a bar restaurant with a pizzeria service. Within 50 meters of the building, there is a Despar supermarket, a newsstand with a tobacco shop, a bakery, a pharmacy, and another bar.
Double bedroom on the first floor. Room with 3 beds on the second floor. Both rooms have private facilities and air conditioning. On the ground floor, there is also a living room with a double sofa bed, in case the entire property is booked for groups or families. Upon request, a crib for children aged 0 to 3 years is also available.
